CORPORATE PROFILE


FELDA Corporate Services Corporation, the predecessor entity of Felda Holdings Sdn Bhd, was established on 28th April 1998 pursuant to section 42 of the Land Development Act.

From April 1988 until September 1995, FELDA Corporate Services Corporation, and a number of subsidiary corporations, provided a comprehensive set of services to the settlers ranging from replanting, processing, transportation, bulking, marketing, construction and manufactoring as well as investment.

In September 1995, FELDA Corporate Services Corporation and all other corporations were incorporated as privated limited companies but still retaining all the functions and services to the settlers. On the 3rd October 2003 Felda Holdings Bhd changed its status to Felda Holdings Berhad. Functions and services of Felda Holdings company are in plantation, downstream activities (palm oil), manufacturing and services.

    • Manages palm oil plantation 360,950 hectars (without settlers), research, replanting and cattle rearing and related activities.
    • Processing palm oil (72 mills & refineries)
  • Downstream Activities - Palm Oil
    • Commercial services of Felda involve in marketing, palm oil, kernel, oleo chemicals products.
  • Manufacturing Division
    • Manages, bulking, grain terminal, rubber industries and rubber products, sugar and cocoa manufacturing, fertilizer, investment (Enterprise) and other related activities.
  • Services
    • Services to Felda include engineering, transportation, shipping, construction, security, ICT, retail, properties, herbal, resorts, travel agent and caterings.

  • Monitor, coordinate and review the operations and performance of the companies in the group to ensure optimum returns and value to shareholders and other stakeholders.
  • To plan and manage a comprehensive training program to increase efficiency and skill of all employees in the group.
