| FELDA Corporate Services Corporation, the predecessor entity of Felda Holdings Sdn Bhd, was established on 28th April 1998 pursuant to section 42 of the Land Development Act.
From April 1988 until September 1995, FELDA Corporate Services Corporation, and a number of subsidiary corporations, provided a comprehensive set of services to the settlers ranging from replanting, processing, transportation, bulking, marketing as well as education facilities for their children.
In September 1995, FELDA Corporate Services Corporation and all other corporations were incorporated as privated limited companies but still retaining all the functions and services to the settlers.
