CONDITIONS OF LOANS

Eligible applicants are :

	Settler's children.
	Settler's stepson/stepdaughter or adopted children registered together when entering the scheme or brought up from small by the settler.
	Malaysia Citizen.
	Does not receive any assistance in the form of scholarship, bursary or loan from any parties. If the borrower is found receiving assistance from other parties, Felda is authorised to withdraw the loan anytime without giving notice and the loan has to be settled within the period stipulated.
	Possess at least Malaysian Certificate of Education (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia ) or which is recognized by the Ministry of Education Malaysia.

Priority for Higher Education Loan Scheme is based on :

	Educational qualification.
	Credit in Bahasa Melayu, English, Science and Mathematics at SPM/SPMV levels.
	Additional qualification.
	Higher Learning recognized by the Malaysian Government or private Institution of Higher Learning which has obtained approval from Private Education Department, Ministry of Education, Malaysia.
	Extra-mural activities.
	Father's/guardian's income.
	Parent's No. of dependents.
	Experience and background.
	Intelligence and knowledge.
